The Story of Yates RV Resort campground
From the time we began our journey together in 2004 we have traveled a long way , from backwoods primitive tent camping in the mountains to full hookups at the beach. In late 2020 we started and built our own little campground to share with you a piece of our 22 acre property to provide a safe, clean, drug free place for anyone that is traveling or working close by and wanted to stay in Rutherford County the foothills of the North Carolina mountains.
What We Offer
We offer free WIFI to our guest while you stay in our campground. Each site has your own picnic table and cement patio pad under them. We have fire rings and provide free firewood. We invite anyone who is able to meander and explore our nature trail and property which is beyond the campground along with antique playground equipment for anyone to use safely. We provide trash dumpster for you to dispose of your trash.
We have a large fenced in dog area for you to use and we ask please use camper etiquette and leave no trace.
Yates RV Resort campground provides you with large back in spaces.
Each site 35ft wide, gravel pads 12-15ft wide and 65ft deep. Pull through site gravel pad is slightly smaller 40-45ft long.
Each site has full hookup with their own dedicated 50A and 30A 20A electrical circuit.
Close to gas, food , and laundry mat.
